Cancel any time. You keep full access to the end of the period you have already paid for. There are no refunds for a period that has already started. After that, your shop becomes read only, and stays that way for 30 days. You can still open every screen and download every CSV export the whole time. After that, deletion is reviewed by a person rather than done automatically, so download anything you want to keep. The Terms page is the full policy.

Why every 4 weeks?
Each period is exactly 28 days long, so you pay the same amount on the same weekday every time. That is 13 payments a year.
