Where do the prices in a quote come from?
From you. Your part sell prices, your labour rate for that job type, and your tax rate. Keyway ships no price book and never guesses a number.
Can another shop see my parts, prices or customers?
No. Every row is tagged with your shop and the database itself refuses to return another shop's rows. The only thing shared between shops is a read-only list of vehicle makes and models.
Is there a free trial?
Yes, 14 days with every feature. A card is required to start it and nothing is charged until it ends. Cancel yourself from your billing settings before then and you pay nothing.
